This is the all important denial of
responsibility for you legal-type people. Read it, live it, be it.
Consider this a placeholder until we've got time to put up
something more formal, but here's the jist of things:
We're not making any money off this, but if you'd like to
offer us some, we'd be more than happy to take it off your hands.
Unless, of course, it involves taking the site down.
However, we are human, and Lottery-size amounts of money may
persuade us, but I digress..
If you took a picture, and want us to put it up, we will.
If you took a picture, we put it up, and you want us to take
it down, we will - provided, of course, you can prove you took the picture or have
intellectual property rights to the picture.
If we've got any incorrect information on these pages, we
will gladly accept corrections and post them hastily.
We won't react kindly to threats, we know our
rights as defined in the Bill of Rights, plus we have several lawyer friends.
